I don't think I can be hypnotised- ALL hypnosis is self-hypnosis, everyone can be hypnotised. All you need to do is relax and follow my instructions, allowing me to facilitate the session and guide you deeper, to access your subconscious mind- which holds 95% of your thoughts, beliefs, memories, programs and behaviours.
Is hypnosis dangerous? Hypnosis is not a dangerous procedure. Hypnosis is not mind control and it is not brainwashing. The client is in control of their hypnotherapy session at all times.
Hypnotherapy is not recommended for people experiencing psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and BPD.
