Crystals and Retail Products

  • No Refund for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for crystals and other retail products if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to choose your crystals with care and intention.

Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Meditation Classes

  • Refunds at Christie's Discretion: Refunds for hypnotherapy, Reiki, and meditation classes may be offered at the discretion of Christie, our practitioner. Several factors will be considered when determining eligibility for a refund, including:
    • Sessions Used: If you have already attended one or more sessions, the value of those sessions will be deducted from any potential refund.
    • Time Spent Creating Personalized Sessions: Time and effort spent preparing customized sessions, including any pre-session consultations or planning, will be taken into account.
    • Cancellation Times: Please note that cancellations made with insufficient notice may affect your eligibility for a refund. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice Required: To avoid cancellation fees and to be eligible for a potential refund, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee, which will be deducted from any refundable amount.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mind Soul Sync, Suite 23-25 69-79 Macquarie st Dubbo NSW 2830, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
