At Mind Soul Sync, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to support your well-being. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all our clients. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

Crystals and Retail Products

  • No Refund for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for crystals and other retail products if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to choose your crystals with care and intention.

Hypnotherapy, Reiki & Meditation Classes – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mind Soul Sync, all services including hypnotherapy, reiki, energy healing  and meditation classes are offered with the intention of supporting deep, transformational change. Each session involves dedicated time, energy, and personalised preparation. For this reason, the following policy applies to all bookings:


Refunds & Booking Responsibility

All deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered only at the sole discretion of Christie Eves. When considering any refund request, the following will be taken into account:

  • Sessions Attended: If you have already attended one or more sessions, the value of those sessions will be deducted from any potential refund.

  • Preparation Time: Energetic and practical time spent preparing personalised sessions (including consultation, planning, and resource development) is non-refundable.

  • Late Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice. A 100% session fee applies for no-shows and late cancellations.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To honour both your time and Christie’s, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a full session fee.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, it is your responsibility to notify us via email, phone or text at least 48 hours prior.

  • Missed appointments or repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future sessions.


We deeply value your commitment to your own healing. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy and understand that your progress is a shared responsibility. Your respect for these boundaries allows us to continue offering high-quality, energetically aligned support for all clients.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mind Soul Sync, Suite 23-25 69-79 Macquarie st Dubbo NSW 2830, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
