Shipping Policy for Mind Soul Sync
We ship all of our items via Australia Post and use tracking on all of our parcels (this does not include a signature on delivery).
We can ship overseas, please contact us for a quote on international postage costs.
If your parcel goes missing please let us know at email@example.com. It is however out of our control what happens to your parcel once we have sent it. We are not responsible for any parcel that is lost due to it going missing with Australia Post or due to theft.
If you do not receive your parcel you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post (https://helpandsupport.auspost.com.au/s/missing-or-lost-item). You will need to quote the tracking number we gave to you. Australia Post will then investigate the missing parcel on your behalf.
