That's what Tuesday night is for.

The Overthinking Loop is a deeply guided subconscious reset experience. Using the medicine drum, crystal sound bowls, and the gentle power of your own subconscious mind - we go underneath the noise and interrupt the pattern at the source.

This isn't a meditation class. It's not a women's circle. You won't be asked to share anything or sit perfectly still trying to clear your mind.

You choose a crystal that calls to you. You lay down. The sound guides you somewhere deeper than your thoughts can follow. And somewhere in that space - the loop loosens.

Most women walk in with a full head and tight shoulders. They walk out quiet. Soft. Like something they'd been carrying got set down without them even noticing.

You're welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket, or a crystal you already love - the more comfortable you are, the deeper you go.

Finding us

We're tucked inside Macquarie Chambers in the Dubbo CBD, 69 Macquarie Street - between Alpha Cuts and The Garden Cafe. Head up the stairs and down the hall.

Arrive at 5:45pm. This gives you time to settle, choose your crystal, select your affirmation card, and ease into the space before we begin.

Doors close at 6:00pm. We honour this for everyone in the room - once the session begins, the space is held for those inside it.

Capacity

Ten spots only. This room stays intentionally small.

Cancellation policy

Because we hold only ten spots, every booking matters.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable - but where we can, we'll transfer your booking to the next available date. Please reach out to christie@mindsoulsync.com to do so.
