Not overthinking one thing. All of it. At once. The mental chatter, the second-guessing, the replaying conversations, the to-do list running on loop at 11pm. The noise that follows you into every room.

That's what we're working on.

The Mind Noise Rewire Night is a live guided experience designed to drop you out of the chaos in your head and back into your body - so you can actually think clearly, feel calm, and sleep like a human again.

This isn't a talk. It's an experience.

Using hypnotherapy, sound, and nervous system reset techniques, we'll go straight to the source - the part of your brain keeping the noise running - and rewire it from the inside.

You'll leave quieter. Lighter. Like someone finally turned the volume down.

You're welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket, or a crystal you already love - the more comfortable you are, the deeper you go.

Finding us

We're tucked inside Macquarie Chambers in the Dubbo CBD, 69 Macquarie Street - between Alpha Cuts and The Garden Cafe. Head up the stairs and down the hall.

Arrive at 5:45pm. This gives you time to settle, choose your crystal, select your affirmation card, and ease into the space before we begin.

Doors close at 6:00pm. We honour this for everyone in the room - once the session begins, the space is held for those inside it.

Ten spots only. This room stays intentionally small.

Cancellation policy

Because we hold only ten spots, every booking matters.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable - but where we can, we'll transfer your booking to the next available date. Please reach out to christie@mindsoulsync.com to do so.
