Buying crystals shouldn’t be difficult, but it could be a little confusing if you’re unsure where to start, especially if you’re buying for someone else. Don’t stress, though, deep breaths. I’m here to help you with this shopping adventure. All you have to do is ask yourself the following, and the perfect crystals will find their way to you. Crystals are fantastic for helping you find your footing, and if you’ve made your way to my website, you’ve likely been drawn to the divine in some way or another. Even if you just want to buy crystals to jazz up your home or office, the intention to have them is there, which means you’ll find something perfect for you. More clearly, though, think about why you’ve chosen to buy crystals. Maybe you’re looking for something to help with your anxiety. Or, perhaps you struggle to keep focused. This powerful crystal is perfect for grounding and offers protection from negativity and those situations that don’t serve us. Okay, so this wouldn’t be a buyer’s guide without some cool facts to help familiarise you with the world of crystals. Below are some things I really love about these stones. I hope you find them interesting too! Did you know:

 

Crystals are power sources. Crystals vibrate their own energy, which is why they’re particularly helpful for balancing your chakra (more on that in my reiki article if you’re keen to take a look!)

 

They can actually grow. It takes a looong time, but did you know that crystals can continue to grow even after being extracted from the earth? Generally speaking, they grow faster in cooler temperatures, and it’s unlikely you’ll notice the change as they are pretty subtle. But still, how awesome is that?

 

You can program them. When you set your intentions for your crystals, you are essentially uploading a set of tasks or duties for them to be responsible for. Keeping them on your person does wonders. First, keeping your crystals on you (around your neck, in your pocket or in your bra, for example) helps them interact with your body and become acquainted with your energies.
